It's not a bad place we all know how simple it is but they're very light on the vegetables if you get coupons they want you to do it online and so on that goes with certain deals they had a Monday through Sunday deal that you could do there at the store but certain ones will have to do online

Used to be the best subway around, but lately, the food has been terrible. They've got the most incompetent workers ever. Online orders are always wrong and certain ingredients are out of stock all the time. Tonight my wrap was more like a flatbread. Not okay.

I called in too order she told me she don’t have time for me on the phone, she has customers to deal with when I was gonna place $80.00 order wow. Excellent customer service NOT

This Subway was always my favorite. They used to always be on point. I wouldn't have to worry about my orders being wrong if I did it over the phone or on the app...now something is always missing in my sandwich whenever I order through the app. I clearly select the options that I want on my sandwich. I always order with bacon, avocado, and my sauces...and without fail they always forget one or more of them. I understand that it's just a few dollars extra but your job is not hard--it's not rocket science. You're literally reading the selections off of a piece of paper. There is only one employee who is always amazing and that's the lady who works very early in the morning on weekdays.
