Subway

I ordered through the app before I went to work. I picked it up, when I arrived at work i took a few bites into my sandwich I noticed that it tasted off. When I opened my sandwich I noticed it had mayonnaise on it which I dont eat because it makes me nauseous when I do. I called the store and spoke to a young man who was rude and assured me he "100% made the sandwiches correctly" & that their was nothing he could do because it was "not a big deal" & its "just sauce." U wanna know what else its not..its not what I paid for! I won't get a break until well after its closed but I wish I could bring it to him and see the look on Mr. 100%s face. Be humble dude. U messed up.

Ordered through the app and got the meal. They didn’t give me the drink or chips!

My second time ordering from this location online both times had issues with how my subs were made. I think this is my last time ordering from this location.

Every time I order honey oat bread it is stale.. Every time.. Last time I was there the kid asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said no he said “you sure” and I again said no thanks. He then proceeded to throw the bread away and grab a fresh one. I was literally speechless, he was justifying giving me stale bread if I got it toasted. Management needs to step up and make sure that all the stale bread is being chucked and not toasted and sold as “fresh” This spot was my go to but now I feel like if they are selling stale bread, what other gross practices are happening there.

I had to leave a review about two amazing employees named Jake and Rachel who were working tonight. They were managing the entire store by themselves while handling a ton of online orders, call in orders, and a large number of people that were in the location ordering sandwiches. Not only were they doing everything with a smile, they were doing it quickly and efficiently. They both appear to be very young and we’re handling the situation like champs. Thank you for the great service.
