Subway

Apparently crew members cannot read. We placed an online order with similar sandwiches but different bread and they ended up using the wrong bread for both sandwiches. Then when something was said, they offered a coupon to get another sandwich for $7.99 reluctant to fix their mistake. When we wanted what we ordered they simply took the ingredients off each sandwich and slapped them onto the other person's bread. Then it doesn't end there.... They forgot the cheese! Yes part of life is making mistakes but it's also politely owning up to those mistakes instead of downplaying them and acting like it's the customers fault or the customer is inconveniencing the crew for expecting their order to be correct. The lady working (think her name was stevi) was fantastic! One of the best experiences I've ever had at a subway! Super clean and just a great vibe! 1000/10. Will forever come to this store!

Came in Thursday around 11:30 a.m. and the gal working was pretty awesome! She was very kind and attentive to the customers in line. She was busting her butt and I don't think it's fair that any Subway manager would allow their employee to work alone like that. I think you should give her a raise! Her name was Tiarra, I believe.

Service was extremely slow! Took 15 min for 2 six inch sandwiches so my sandwich was cold by the time I paid. There was only one person ahead of me who ordered 2 footlongs. Then the girl adding the toppings was very rude. To top it off they took away the military discount. I will not be back.

Store was closed and still accepted an online order, for delivery by door dash driver accepted the order and said the order was delivered and we obviously never received it. We tried to call the driver multiple times and we also tried to call the store multiple times. We then drove to the store to find out it was closed due to water main break, which is understandable but we are very upset that our money was taken with out a warning or notification that the store was closed at all. *Edit from 1 star to 3 stars They refunded the money completely the following day
