Store was immaculate tidy Sandwich was hot and fresh meal was prepared as ordered speedy courteous service

I ordered online using coupons and received a call saying they were out of meatballs and he could refund my money when I got there and I could order something else but wouldn’t be able to receive same price as my coupons which was any two footlongs for 1299. Told me he couldn’t fix it so I d be better off going somewhere else. Which is ridiculous! He couldn’t just make me a different sandwich to make up for them not having what was on menu cause it would mess up inventory so he just cancelled my order. This is no way to run a business. This happened around 730 Friday Jan 17. No sure what his name was but it was a male I talked to. Management needs to teach him customer service.

We came in at 4:30 on Friday Aug 9 , the guy making our sandwiches his name is Zack was just plain rude to us for no reason. I dont know what this dudes problem is but if he hates working here so much he ought to just find another job because it was ridiculous

80% of the time the bread is stale. The bread been horrible for years . The only reason I started eating subway again was because of the app were you can pre-order. But it’s not worth it if you’re gonna get stale bread, most of the time.
