This place is filthy. They need a check up from the health department. The first incident occurred a while ago. I saw male employee using the bathroom without washing his hands and went back to work 🤮 Today (July 3rd, 2025), I decided to give them a try since there are new employees and they looked different. Well, how wrong was I. After ordering a sub, a random man from Walmart came up to this employee in the picture and asked him to use the pen he had to check if his $10 bill was either real or fake. The bill was dirty and this employee held the bill with the gloves on. He then went back to wrap up my sub. I gave him an eye contact and he just smiled. I told him “don’t smile at me, you didn’t change your gloves”. He said why he needed to? I told him he was violating health code. He told

I ordered a wrap and I get smth completely different. If you change your menu, then it has to be updated online as well. You can’t let your customers order food and then not get what we expected. I’m a college student with no car and now I’m not getting a full refund on my order that your employees screwed up. I take medication to digest my food and it’s not cheap. I wasted my money, time, and medication at this location. And this isn’t the first time you guys screwed up either.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was in yesterday and I was trying to order but the female manager kept on talking to employees and took a while to assist me. I then left my headphone there, so I tried to call subway several times. They do not answer the phone. I called Walmart’s customer service and they said that they would keep them for me when I was able to get them later that day. I went in and they refused to give me MY property and said they were locked in a safe and I could not get them that day. I called Walmart’s customer service desk and they said that they should have handed them over to them. I call subway again several times in the morning and still no response. I call customer service again and they said there was nothing they could do. I then called subway over and over again and
