I’m doing this review for Abraham on buffalo rd in Erie pa. Abraham has to be the best host and sub maker there is he is super polite. And knows how to prepare a sub with no hesitation. Thanks Abraham for being at subway brother

Madilyn was so sweet to me and helped me create a sandwich with the VERY LIMITED supplies and ingredients at this location. Their dirty food disgusted me but the employee Madilyn was a very kind girl.

So rude went in and Madelynn was extremely rude no customer service at all. Did not even ask what I wanted just stared at me. Bridget was super kind but the other girl was not at all. Terrible service.

I walk in to get my pick up order and there's an online pickup shelf at the door! How convenient! It's empty, so i sit down and wait for my food. after a time, another customer walks in, checks the shelf and then goes to the counter where they ask her name. So I go up there and mine is ready. They are just too lazy to bother to walk it over to the specific area set up for a pickup? With a customer sitting next to it, obviously waiting. And it wasn't busy, half the time I was in there, 0 customers. How awkward. Ill make the drive for Jersey Mikes, i guess.

Best subway in erie hands down! Staff is always helpful and friendly and the food is always high quality. One night i ordered through the app and in the order instructions i asked for my order to be made with love and i swear my sub was the best sub i have ever had, plus they gave me a free cookie with “much love” written on the bag. Cutest and sweetest experience i have had at a restaurant. Thank you for making my night!!
