Subway

This is the first time I've been at this location as I made a pit stop in Fairfield on my way to San Francisco. Before they took my order, I showed the coupon (uploaded so you can review) that I always get monthly from mailers. Most other Subways have no problem honoring the coupon. I was told that the coupon excluded sandwiches that had meatballs, steak, or chicken. The coupon states what sandwiches were excluded so I asked for clarification; I was told only a turkey or ham sandwich was good for the deal. I know each Subway is independently owned and does not have to accept the coupon but it's annoying when you try to use one and you get hit with unexpected exceptions. Thank you Subway team for the amazing hospitality and accommodations! We went in last week to ask about catering for an upcoming training and were offered various options. The day of pick up went smoothly and all of our participants were very pleases with the freshness and variety. We look forward to working with them again!

ZERO STARS. 12/23/25 @ 2:25 PM Restaurant is dirty and smells like raw sewage inside. The Sandwiches I ordered were served with rotten ingredients. Lettuce that was brown rotten mush and moldy cheese. The owner, Frances, does not do anything to fix the problem, he is making people SICK WITH THIS FOOD. I have been sick for 5 days and am still not recovered from this incident. THE OWNER DOES NOT CARE AND WILL NOT ADRESS CONCERNS.

The ladies working there have very heavy indian accents. Looks like construction going on in the back, Yummy sandwiches.

Love the service and the ingredients, but came to the location an hour before closing to order one sandwich and the door was locked. Saw someone in the back, wrapping everything up and was ignore me the till I walked away before returning to the front
