Subway

My first time at this location. I went with my nephew. Parking lot is easy in and out but I suggest you back in bc having to back out could be tricky. There was a family sitting and eating inside when we came in. There was a girl and a guy behind counter. The female was wearing a mask and she said something to us apparently but I couldn't hear her. Assumed she was asking what our order was so we started ordering. She asked something else and I finally said, we can't hear you at all. Between the mask, the family at the table behind us, and the music playing overhead, she really needed to speak up. The guy, maybe sensing my frustration with the low talker, said he'd make my sandwich. Here was polite, professional, fast. We got cookies as well. Everything was good and fresh.

My 12-year-old son asked for a cup for water and they refused it. Seriously you're not going to allow a kid to have a cup for water! Was also given stale bread and when I ask for extra olives I got four little olives put on my sandwich and the owner said that they have an olive shortage will I guess they have a lettuce shortage too because she put very little of that also on the sandwich !!!! Never had this problem at any other Subway though! You charge $9 for a 6-in sandwich and this is how you treat your customers! this owner is so cheap it's ridiculous ! Won't be going back!

I don’t like that they keep the countertop closed. I believe customers should be able to watch… Spinach was wilting Employees just throw the toppings on top making the sandwich sloppy.. how hard is it to make a sandwich?

I ordered the festive turkey sandwich and they omitted the stuffing. I called and the person who answered hung up. This place is thee worst. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I placed a mobile order && the lady wouldn’t give it to me cuz it didn’t go through on her end and I showed her my receipt and my bank account that they took the money && she didn’t wanna give me my order , such a waste of my time
