I had such a wonderful first experience ordering from Subway in Fayette, Alabama! From start to finish, Jessica provided outstanding customer service. She communicated with me every step of the way, was incredibly kind, and offered great suggestions that made my order even better. The food itself was delicious, beautifully presented, and exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated that they included all the fixings for the sandwich, vinegar, olive oil blend, mayonnaise, and mustard packs, so everything was just right. This was my very first time ordering, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Subway did not disappoint. I also love the thoughtful touch of the reusable bag they provide, it’s sturdy and perfect for a variety of uses. I will definitely be ordering from them again in

Although I have gotten sandwiches there and they are good, my favorite is the double chicken chopped salad with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil dressing. Always clean and the staff is friendly.

Great hospitality quick on there feet great food an great service

I give this eatery 3 stars only because it was clean, which is a big plus in my eyes. However the sandwich was not made in a professional manner and not made completely to my order. It seemed as if it was a problem to ask for extra onions and mayo on my sandwich. The sandwich was tasty but not made the way I wanted it, even after pointing it out to the employee before they cut and wrapped it. I might go back but would suggest their employees start listening to the customers to insure their order is correct.

I ordered the outlaw again. It had plenty of steak, and the bread was fresh and tasted good. I believe I needed more Baja sauce because it lacked flavor.
