Subway

Just went there for lunch. The oven was broken. I ordered a steak and cheese sub and he tried to give it to me cold. Cold cheese, cold meat. I had to ask him to place it in the warmer. When I bit into it, it was still cold and the bread was very hard on the bottom. Terrible experience. And they automatically charged me a $3 tip when I tapped my card. He told me that I did it, but I didn't even touch the machine. Just tapped my card. Oh, and the cookies were hard and seemed old.

Support another Subway franchise rather than eating at this dumpster fire. The franchise owner has instructed his team to only provide customers with the smallest portions of veggies as humanly possible. Even if you offer to pay extra for a normal amount they will still refuse you. Penny wise, pound foolish.

This is the worst Subway that we ever had. We would rate ZERO star if we could. We ordered a roast beef and a subway club. There is only a couple of sliced meat inside. The vegetables are much less than normal. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.

I was really hesitant to give a bad review and even tried going back in to talk to a manager which made it worse but after seeing similar negative reviews I decided to post. I have been going to Subway for over 30 years and in that time I have NEVER been told I couldn't get what fixings I wanted on my sandwich because it didn't match the description of the sandwich on the menu. Not only that, everytime I asked for more he would put one more tomato or jalepeno or banana pepper and I would have to keep saying more. I told the guy I would have just ordered a ham sandwich and put what I want on it if that's how they do things. When I went back in and talked to the manager, she told me that Subway is trying to be like McDonald's and I said but you're not and if I order from McDonald's I can add

I went on a Saturday and the sub of the day is ultimate BMT. The girl behind thr counter had no idea what I was ordering. She asked the guy there and he kept repeating what I wanted like I didn't know. It took a few minutes for both of them to understand my order. Then at check out, I had to remind them what my order was. 6inch sub, small drink & chips. Very disappointing visit.
