Subway

My sandwich artist Quan loves working here and helped craft me a delicious breakfast sandwich. The positivity and energy of the crew here made the entire dining process, very enjoyable. I opted for a breakfast sandwich, and the fresh ingredients were delicious.

Ordered a salad a Gatorade that I was upcharged for but never received and paid for cookies the told me it would take 3 hours to bake never received those either. I did not get a partial refund for the missing items when asked they said a manager was not there and only a manager could do it the employees acted as if they could do nothing other than make a sub or salad and that is there only responsibility. I would hope that subway investigates this type of behavior because it is unacceptable and truthfully is theft of my money because I am not receiving my full order I paid for and can get any refund for my missing food. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any subway except for the one that closed and they both had inept management and employees.

Well I came by tonight to find that none of the usual night crew were there, but the general manager was. I asked where the night crew was and no one would answer me. Im sure the manager there tonight has something to do with it. This subway will probably be too gross to eat at once new people take over. Well, the manager almost didn’t let the person making my salad cut up the tomatoes for “contamination” purposes. I find that crazy because the “manager” in question was wearing pajamas rather than a uniform, and was leaning all over the food. Clearly this manager doesn’t understand cleanliness.

EDIT: You can read my previous review below, but things have changed. I heard that the night shift was laid off, and I find that insane. The only thing that kept me coming to this subway was the guarantee of clean, friendly, and fast service. The manager was wearing pajamas while making food, and while the employees were trying their best, the line is always at a stand still. I find it hard to believe that the manager replaced that awesome night crew with herself and these new employees. Ever since the regular night crew was laid off, this place has gone downhill. From the manager serving food in pajamas, touching her face and hair, leaning over food, and the general uncleanliness, I find it hard to want to return. This whole place sucks. There’s a guy with dreads that works nights and he is a horrible employee. He talks disrespectfully to his coworkers and bosses them around all while telling them wrong information. They’re still slow and they need better employees!!! THANK YOU JASMINE FOR BEING NICE EVERYDAY!!
