Lady working was overworked. She was good. So many people kept walking out of line to leave due to the long wait. They NEED to hire another person. Whoever’s business this is, you’re loosing many customers, and money by not hiring a helper.

Had to wait about 5 minutes for the older gentleman sitting at the desk on the computer to tell me the system was down so unfortunately didn't get to eat or get my daughter food. Also their is never enough employees always one employee back their and sometimes they have a line out the door when their system is working need to hire better employees and management cause they suck.

The manager can’t read a ticket to save her life. I do an online order 1:05pm for two subs, both subs inedible and inaccurate. We just returned the bad subs and asked that they were remade. The manager was very rude and advised it was her fault as she made them. Upon remaking my subs in front of us, she was then getting the subs mixed up and was putting the wrong things on again. Both subs were cold when remade despite it supposed to be extra toasted and made in front of us. When giving us the remade subs, she prefaced again that she’s the manager of this establishment. Good for you? I’m not sure why as your employees are better sub makers and have better customer service.

WHY are the spinach and tomato buns on the make line FROZEN? Who the heck manages this location and WHY would there be only one employee 95% of the time? After 30 min of standing in line bc online ordering was offline... We left. The place is abusive to staff. No wonder there is such a high turnover of staff! There is NO one person JOB. EVER.

Exactly why is this Subway closed every week end?? The only time we can get there and it's closed Saturdays and Sundays. Busy, busy days with weekenders and locals and they are closed. Bread left in the ovens, cold and waiting for customers on Monday with stale and crumbly bread. Asked why it was closed and was told they had no help. Well, there are 2 free ways here in Fort McCoy to advertise for help and they do not do it. Again, what's going on here??
