Subway

Good afternoon, At around 6pm on 9/10/2025 at the Subway inside of FIU one of your employees dropped a receipt in the lettuce. When I told her I didn’t want that lettuce because she kept throwing trash on it she mixed the lettuce with the other lettuce and told me “now its all the same thing”. This is a serious food safety issue and you should train your employees on cross contamination. Disgusting. The cashier wouldnt give me a receipt because he knew i would report them all. This is a serious food safety issue and OSHA needs to get involved here. Thank you,

Truly some of the worst service I have ever encountered. After waiting 15 minutes, I was asked my order number, only for it to be cancelled. He asked my order number, then he went behind the counter and cancelled it on the spot, without saying anything. I gave them a second chance, but the staff were extremely rude and detatched, and the chicken sub was not hot on the inside. Very dissapointing in all regards. I hope this place improves.

Horrible Service, cashier charged me twice for an order and didn’t want to give me back what I overpaid for

Total incompetence. Marked my order ready for pickup and it had not even been made. I showed them the confirmation and they still didn't want to make it. Got a refund as soon as possible.

The service was good but the women who prepare my sandwhich put her finger inside the scoop to collect the steal which made her put less steak, thats a sneaky way to cheat on the costumer for that purpose i give a two star
