Subway

Ordered online and waited until it said my sandwich was ready before I left my house. When I got there I waited another 40 minutes before they even started my order. It was not a big order, 2 footlongs and a 6 inch. Employees gave no apology just excuses and attitude about how busy they were. They did not follow the online order instructions and I basically had to correct everything they were doing. The entire staff of this place needs to be replaced.

I order on the app a lot at this location and it is always ready and fresh. The staff is always friendly and nice. Thank you too the staff!!

I’ve been going here about 10 years. For the last 2 or 3 I’ve ordered on line and drove 12 miles to get it. The entire time I’ve been going there I have never had a problem to speak of. Sometimes the toaster is out sometimes the sandwich is not as good as the last one. I’ve talked with the manager at one time or another. I can speak of last night. I had one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The amount of veggies and meat and condiments were perfect. I order mostly on line and give them plenty of time to make it, in case they are real busy. Ordering on line for us is good because there are sales on items all the time. This sandwich shop is clean and the staff are all friendly. I very very seldom eat at any other subway and if I do I compare them to the Grapeland store, very f
