Subway

I tried calling SIX TIMES to tell them that I am pregnant and needed my meat to be cooked but no by picked up. I had to warm up my own turkey myself. And I know it is not busy enough in there to ignore 6 phone calls 🙄

No customers in the store. Was made to wait over ten minutes while the one employee worked on an online order that wasn’t picked up before I left. Was told after waiting that they were out of pepperoni, which I wanted. Choose a different sandwich and continued to wait while my sandwich sat out. Had to avoid all toppings due to the lettuce being wilted and all containers of toppings being covered in freezer burn. Paid my 15$ and went to get my drink, drink machine is out of half the flavors. Went to eat the sandwich and the sweet onion sauce was so rancid I had to immediately spit it out. Worst experience ever. Owner clearly doesn’t care.

I ordered a mobile order from subway at about 8:30ish and once I got home I opened my sandwich and it looked pitiful. Instead of the normal two scoops of cheese steak that they normally use to cover the bread it looked like only one was used, it didn’t even reach the edges of the sandwich. My spouses sandwich was fine.

I had to wait for one person to remove several trays of cooked bread from the oven,install it on cooling rack and then install new dough in the oven while the other employee stood there and watched instead of preparing the sandwiches for the people standing in front of me. A waste of my time! Then the said the store only had wheat and white and no other bread selections. Then out jalepeno peppers which was just refusal to get more for.my sandwiches. Poor service and availability of condiments for a tune of $27.00! I definely consider other food restraunts in Gray Ga. before stopping at this store in the future!

The lady who was working today acted like she hates the world. I overlooked that but when ordering my sandwich and we got to the veggies I was disgusted. The tomatoes had mixed in food with it and looked like they covered it in pepper. The lettuce was brown and wilted very badly. This place is nasty and needs to be inspected. I posted about this subway online and apparently this is normal cause I had quite a few people say it's always like that and that's why no one goes there anymore. Which explains why no customers were in there at lunch hour. Very gross! Do better!
