Subway

One girl working, order not ready when arrived. Asked her to cancel since I only get an hour lunch and she said that was up to me to do. No way to cancel on app, had to wait and wasn’t able to eat my lunch. I know she could cancel, maybe not trained well? Also all fountain sodas were out… very poor!

Whoever the man is that was working at Noon on Sunday, May 28th 2023 needs to be evaluated as a future employee. I have never encountered such a rude, disrespectful person in any fast food such as him. Because of him you will have high food waste in this store. My son entered that Subway twice to get our order once with only my name, and again with my mobile receipt and name and the employee still refused to give the food to my son. When I went in there I was angry at this point, I told him please give me my food that I sent my son in for. He then tells me I cannot send my son in for the PAID FOR WITH A MATCHING RECEIPT food. Had a sign up that they were on break and back in 15 min. So I went inside Walmart and bought my own sub making items. This is 2 subways in town that let me down today. Very disappointed. 7pm

Nothing makes me more upset then when I ask for my food to be made a certain way and I am told no. I explained twice how I would like my sandwich made and I was told she makes a perfect sandwich her way. At that point I was done telling her how I like MY sandwich to be made. If y'all don't want business then close up shop and let someone else in that space. This is the third subway in town. There is no need to have 3 of the same businesses in a small area especially if you are going to give poor customer service.

I stopped by here yesterday after church while running an errand, just to grab a quick bite. The lady behind the counter was using her cell phone, touching the screen and everything, with the protective gloves on and didn't change her gloves before attending to the next guest in line while still on her phone. Cell phones are so dirty 🤢 I quickly changed my mind and went elsewhere.
