I always get my subs from here! The environment is clean, and the desserts are always fresh. Brian is great, he acknowledges his customers and makes them feel comfortable when ordering. Really cool people and great service every time. Highly recommend!

I paid 12 dollars for that . Ordered online show up to pick up my order and have to wait 5 minutes while the sandwich artist squirted condiments from the tube straight into another customers hand numerous times . Highly unsanitary. I was the only one waiting in line and she never acknowledged my presence . It genuinely felt like she was trying to keep me waiting as long as possible on purpose . 0/10 do not recommend this store

The man that work on January 28, 2026 had me standing for over ten minutes didn’t say hi didn’t say give me a minute but finish with to people and then started working on a online order! He could have at least said give me a minute or could you wait for a minute! I wonder how they train there works!

This is a very busy store. It took a bit to get waited on because they were so busy. I wanted to eat there because I really had no other place to eat. There were only 2 small tables seated beside the trash cans. I really don't know sheer else they would have placed the tables in this store because space was limited. The next time in Haines City... I'll probably eat there again. The people the Subway side & on the Circlr K side were very friendly.

Foods great, service sucked not to the guy trying (he was awesome) but because he was overwhelmed with online orders and working by himself. Get y'all's people some help so regular customers aren't waiting 30 mins for a sandwich.
