I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Subway location. It took 56 minutes just to get two sandwiches, and the place was extremely dirty — the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. When I finally got my food, I found a long hair inside my sandwich, which was completely unacceptable. One of the employees had long hair hanging loose without any head covering, and both workers were very slow and unprofessional. They clearly had no proper training — they didn’t even know how to wrap a sandwich properly. When I asked for a refund, the employee told me I had to wait in line again because he had “lots of online orders.” That’s not how customer service should work. Every time i have placed an online order here they mess it up super bad and they always say contact corporate for a refund and corporate NEVER gets back to you. I have mistakenly placed 3 orders here and they 2/3 times they were the completely wrong sandwich. I have never gotten the refund they said i wad going to get. and this last time i ordered the wait time for my 2 sandwiches was 2 hours. that is completely unacceptable. do not go here. order placed 9:50, order received 11:05

Kegan absolutely knocked it out of the park at this Subway! From the moment I walked in, his attitude was upbeat, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, offered great suggestions, and moved with impressive speed and precision—all while keeping a friendly smile. You can tell Kegan takes real pride in his work. The sandwich was perfectly made, the area was clean, and the overall experience was top-notch. This is the best Subway ever! As a doordash delivery driver I go to every Subway in the metropolitan area, Multnomah and Washington County . ... This Subway carries the veggie patty and their vegetables are clean and fresh cut every time. Their cookies are so delicious and baked fresh everyday unlike Panera Bread .. I recommend the subway do anybody that is a vegetarian and likes quality fresh food.
