Subway

Hands down this is the best Subway I have ever ate at and I ate at quite alot of them! I love this place as it feels like home! Fana and her husband Ben makes the best tuna,Jason Deli eat your heart out as I don't eat at Jason's anymore as Subway beats them hands down and it's alot closer! If you want great food peaceful atmosphere and grade A service this is the location on 4275 Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy Suite B

I have visited this location twice and neither was a good experience. The first time, they told me they did not accept Subway coupons. They were not particularly friendly during the conversation. For my second visit, I placed an online order. I arrived at the store and my order was not available. The associate told me that all online orders had been prepared. She showed me a list of orders that had been placed in the last half hour...mine was there and I pointed it out to her. She could not figure out what happened to it. She thought she may have given it to another customer. She called the manager. The manager was not cordial. He asked me if I was Uber and I said no. He took several minutes trying to figure out what happened to my order...to no avail. Finally they agreed

Maybe it's just me but.. Subway is very good at making commercials. But making subs..not so good. Stale bread and wilted veggies..being out of mayonnaise..a pretty basic condiment. People want and deserve quality. People want and deserve value for their HARD EARNED MONEY. Good luck with Subway...or maybe it's just me.

Order #ED542836-48, 10/23/25 @ 5:10. I ordered 4 subs online and requested that each sub be marked what sub it was so there was no confusion when I'd arrive home and everyone would be opening subs thinking it was theirs. No one likes that! lol Anyway, the man, the one who handed my order to me and it appeared to be the only one there and possibly prepared them, did exactly that. It was very much appreciated. Thank you.

so clean and the workers and owners are very generous and kind very comfortable place to eat at!!
