Subway

Pretty much your standard Subway experience here. Very busy during lunch, and occasionally dinner. The line moves pretty quick, so that's a plus. Half the staff is really friendly, the other half couldn't give a crap beyond pushing your sandwich down the line and out of their station. I will say the biggest problems I have are the fact that they are always out of something and don't realize it. You run the risk of your favorite bread or a special ingredient being empty on the line, and they yell into the back for a person you're not quite sure exists, only to find out that you need to pick something else. Someone obviously used he last bit of a certain sauce or took the last cookie out of the tray, but it seems to be a big mystery as to whose job it is to put more in. Also, they tend to

No matter who's working here on any given day, they never change their gloves. Subway policy is to change gloves after every customer. Just saw a line of 10 people and not one glove change from any of the multiple members making food

Good subs, inexpensive, usually not a big wait if you go after 1pm. Biggest problem, they close too soon, like seriously 3:30pm? That's not even close to enough time to get a sub after getting off work. Please extend it to like 6pm or later.

They just put Subway in the BX within the last year. Staff are friendly and polite. Around Subway is clean and tidy, with the exception of lunch/dinner time (Understandable). It's a joint effert for the food court to be kept clean and normally looks good.

Always great food and great service! I felt like an actual guest instead of a burden. I will definitely be going back and recommending this location to friends.
