Subway

This has to be the rudest subway I’ve ever visited. The staff was rude and had attitudes. I bought a wrap and she cut it diagonally and all my food spilled on me. You should hire people who enjoy being around people.

Staff is very friendly and fast.

I got my sandwich and got home less than five minutes it was a sogggy old mess and my toppings were so old and slimmy a waste of money. I always go the one in the plaza on lakeshore and I will continue because their service is top notch and topping always look and taste fresh!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time at a food establishment. The lack of customer's service and horrendous attitude was unacceptible. Running into walmart to grab a few items, I decided to get something quick to eat while I was in the vicinity. The male employee working on 10/1/2024 @ 1pm (he refused to give me his name), was not only rude to me, but was also very rude to an elderly woman customer who so graciously tried to give me a coupon from a page of coupons she had received in the mail. Along with the nasty attitude, he refused to allow me to use any coupon on the sheet because the elderly woman had already used one. Her previous transaction had nothing to do with mine. The food was great that wasn't the problem, the young man working the counter was very very respectful. My problem was the female cashier was very very rude to a Hispanic couple placing their order. It was very clear that the Hispanic gentlemen could not speak good English, instead of her trying to understand and be patient with the PAYING CUSTOMERS she yelled at him to speak up and then laughed as if it was funny.
