I go to subway all the time and sometimes customer service is good. This time I went was a few days ago there was a young gentleman named Albert he was very respectful and made a nice sandwich for meee. It was the best sandwich I've ever eaten from there. And the best customer service I've gotten in a while.
I tried this Subway for the first time and I will not be back. There was a long black hair in my sandwich! Disgusting. I had two sandwiches and a pretzel toasted and they came out slightly warm. Their ovens aren't working properly. The meatballs looked old and the sauce was very watery and light red. Definitely not made correctly. The pretzel came out of the fridge and was heated up and when I got home it was still doughy inside.
Any time I go to subway I always get the steak egg & cheese flat bread. This Subway in particular NEVER has any egg, and they really screw you on the portion size with the steak. Everything else is fine, but I'm personally not even gonna try coming here anymore.
