Subway

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and wish to provide a zero-star rating. Despite arriving at 9:10 am, I was forced to wait for 35 minutes for the staff member to prepare for the day. She failed to apologize for the delay and only mentioned that she was opening alone and had a lot to do. When I finally placed my order, I was shocked to find that my sandwich contained only four thin slices of meat, which was unacceptable. The staff member claimed that this was in line with the owner's instructions, and I was offered the option to pay for double meat. I declined and expressed my disappointment. Furthermore, the bathrooms were out of order, the floor was dirty, and the staff member failed to wear gloves when handling my bread. I only completed my purchase to share this review and

If you visit this Subway, get your sub made by Young Mr Silas ! He placed all the ingredients so nicely and precisely. The presentation was superb and my sub looked good and tasted great ! The bread tasted fresh and nicely baked. I go to a lot of subways but this one definitely was perfecto.

They are under new management and you can definitely tell. The shrinkflation in meat has ended, coupons and weekly specials are back and the staff is so friendly. Offered me fresh baked cookies right out the oven and I couldn’t pass up! Everything was excellent and I’m so glad to have subway back to the way it used to be.

It looks like new management took over. I went there 3 times to order and was disappointed all 3 times. 1st visit I order a wrap and they didn’t even know how to close it properly looked like it exploded when I opened it. 2nd visit I waited 20mins in DRIVETHRU to get my food and there was nobody in front of me in line. 3rd visit I ordered tuna and they decided to give me turkey and not be willing to exchange for the proper sandwich when I came an hour later to complain. I live 20 minutes away and they didn’t understand the concept of waiting till u got home to open and enjoy your food so no refund or exchange. Don’t go there and save yourself the disappointment.

Omg close this store down ASAP!! I ordered a steak and cheese sub, with Doritos and a sprite no ice. Instead I got extra onions,and it was not appetizing at all! The sprite (fountain soda) had no sprite, it was all carbonated water. I called to speak to a manager but there was no manager there, just a teenager who was a “night lead”. (I knew she was young by her voice) Being a parent I decided to not get upset, so I called. She had made the order, and she said she didn’t think she put any on there , but her apologies. I also told her about the sprite being flat. She advised me that the only way they could correct it would be if I drove back to get it replaced. I commute 2 hrs each day, each way, so this wasn’t an option. I asked if I could just get a replacement tomorrow on my way home and
