Subway

Asked to substitute meat and was denied to do it, I originally asked for a spicy Italian which comes with 10 pcs of pepperoni 10 of salami my son can't have salami so I asked if I could substitute for pepperoni and they said no yet they would if I was willing to pay extra or the 10 pcs for the price of a footlong, I have worked at subway before and I know they're portions and talked to the manager of the location and she only agreed to put 5 more pcs instead of the 10 and still charged me for the footlong no discount or anything if yall are gonna be so skimpy and deny customers orders it shouldn't say make it your way and add what'd you'd like if in the end of the day your denied any special requests??

I hate this is the closest location to me. I ordered a tuna sub thru UberEats. It took like an hour or more to actually get my food, but what's worst is they literally gave me bread and toppings. Where is the actual tuna?? Then uber says I'm not eligible for a refund bc of one splat of tuna? The lies!!! They could've just said they were out instead of sending me this smh. This location is always problematic. Hire some better ppl plz and stop playing w our food.

I asked for a little mayonnaise and this what I get this has happen more than once never going back to subways they have gone down hill

Terrible service. Asked nicely to get my sandwich remade because it had been sitting there for hours and they denied me. Spoke with the manager on the phone and she was uncooperative. She just kept saying “I know ma’am I’m sorry we can’t do that” which is a lie. Didn’t say her name or anything so I’m not even sure if it was the actual manager. I worked in food service a long time. If the customer is not okay with the status of their food than they are able to get a remake. They’re all lazy in there. I wanted it remade because he even said it was soggy himself and it would be the same as me getting a refund and reordering the same thing. The manager implied I’d have to go to a different subway to do that which isn’t true. She just wasn’t competent. So I reordered my whole meal and still not

I try not to write a review but every time I come to this location the workers are extremely rude for no reason and the sandwich is not made correctly. The time before today they made my mom sandwich so badly she does not eat subway no longer. Today I ask for a little more mayo and the girl squirted a very small amount and slammed my sandwich shut and rolled her eyes by her doing that she didn’t even add the salt n pepper. This is truly the worst customer service I ever experienced.
