Subway

As many of the other comments have pointed out, the service is horrible at this Subway. It's almost comical how much the employees just don't care about what they are doing and don't care about you. I would look past that, except if they don't care about customer service, they probably don't care about safe food handling practices either. Can't imagine what goes on in that kitchen.

I frequently grab a Subway because of the freshness. This Subway is inside the Flying J Truck Stop. The area was clean. I’ve seen Subways with much fresher food! The cheese looked like leather. If the young man can learn how to “speak up” it would alleviate a lot of confusion and aggravation. We’re glad the gal came out to help. The visit was fine once we got past not being able to hear anything the young man was saying. When he was making my grandsons sandwich. It had roast beef on it when my grandson said, oh ham please. The young man just grabbed the roast beef off the bread and threw it back in the container of roast beef. WARNING-IF YOUR CELIAC DONT EAT HERE. Not the freshest spread of food but it wasn’t horrible!! I would stop again! PS-unfortunately once we got on the road I opened

I had a very bad experience at this Subway location. From the moment I walked in, the employee at the counter was rude and unprofessional, he spitted at me when I entered. Then, he started whispering bad stuff about me. When I asked if my sandwich could be cut in half, he told me Subway no longer does that. Later, when I asked for napkins, he responded in a very rude tone and said they were right behind me. When I asked for his name, he mocked me by repeating what I said. Due to this disrespectful behavior, I will not be returning to this location

Was gonna hop on here and leave a review for bad customer service, and not to mention the attitude of the female I had make my sandwich today. But I see it is quite a pattern at this subways after reading the reviews already left. This lady even chucked the mayo bottle behind her and did it so hard it flew behind the stoves , I couldn't even believe it! Not to mention the attitude! Absolutely awful.

Horrible service. Was ignored for 10 minutes guy litterally saw me didnt say anything turned his back to me. Asked if he was working and employee of subway he had uniform on again ignored me and gave me a glare. Worst subway i have ever been to driven east to west coast. Been to every single one in idaho this one is absolutly waste of time. Simply dont support them. They dont know how to do business.
