Subway

When I was placing my order the manager that was talking it never stopped talking to another lady there. I don’t think she was even a customer. Then when I asked for hot chicken on my bowl the manager said no that it would make my salad soggy. Then my bill was 24 bucks for sandwich and protein bowl. The day before it was 21 bucks same place same food. At all other subways it’s 19 bucks for same thing. The things this lady was talking about the whole time I was putting in my order was really not appropriate for any one else to hear. She really needs to get some people skills and stop over charging. Then another thing I asked for tomato and she put on one slice. I asked for more and I got one more. All other subways do two scoops of chicken but this one only did one. Guess she wants to make

The young lady who waited on us was so nice and and her presence was very calming. The bread was fresh and the atmosphere was peaceful. I didn't get her name, but thank you for still being a friendly face to your customers. We were there late Sunday afternoon if that helps figure out who she was.

Just didn't get what I ordered. Got Italian Herbs and Cheese bread instead of regular Italian. Asked for less crunch, but it was overflowing. Asked for sliced avo, but got smashed, which would have been okay if it wasn't only on one side of the sandwich and half on the outside of it. No lettuce. And no cheesecake cookie. The one positive point was it was ready on time.

The store was out of almost everything. Coworker was late, however the worker there was apologizing for the lack of supplies. She was trying to be positive.

Did not catch her name, but what a beautiful and valuable employee! Customer service was fantastic
