Subway

The lady at taking our order was a bit rude. She was very short with us and walked away as we were talking to her. Maybe to take care of her grandchild that was running all over the store and behind the counter eating and drinking something. I give 2 stars due to the customer service and lack of sanitation around the food being served.

The old lady is very disrespectful. I explained to her that I was really early for my order but I do not mind waiting. But she said she didn't get anything yet. I explained that it probably hasn't gone through yet since I am so early. But she kept getting ruder and ruder, saying that I ordered from the wrong place or I didn't pay yet. Even though I showed her a receipt that has the location and that I already paid proving me right. She kept being very disrespectful and after reading the rest of these reviews- it's not new behavior. She even goes on to say that she doesn't have to serve me if she doesn't want to. She needs to go training or even fired if she treats customers this poorly on a routine basis. You need to do better lady.

I just had the worst experience at this Subway that have ever had at any Subway in the world. The short Native American lady who was taking the orders and making the sandwiches was extremely, extremely unpleasant. Her attitude was so rude and dismissive it was unreal. She did not follow any of the instructions I requested while making my sandwich and when I brought it to her attention all she wanted to do was argue. I told her to cancel the order and I did not want to pay for the sandwich. She became more rude and belligerent. I pulled my credit card out of the payment device and left. I saw a picture from another customer who had the same experience with the same employee. I will never go into this Subway ever again. Also, just a side note, the cost for a sandwich at this Subway

This is actually the best Subway in Albuquerque and the surrounding area. Other locations in Albuquerque that I have been to do not compare. Everything is always fresh, they are never out of anything and the staff is always fast and pleasant. Other locations are always out of things and not as clean as this location. The sandwiches just taste better at this location. The seating area is okay; most people carry out so there is always seating. Always a great experience here. Won't go to any other location because this one has us spoiled with the great food and service. Thank you!

The woman working at 9:45am on 1/24/25 was ridiculously rude. I walked in smiled and said hello while she played on her phone. After that I waited for her for at least 2-3 minutes while she continued to play on her phone. I finally called "mam?" She responded to me "are you done with your phone call?" In a snarky manner. I laughed because I was so taken back and surprised by the disrespect and asked her if she was serious and told her she's been on her phone the entire time while I waited patiently. I then left because I didn't trust her making my sandwich.
