I love this place I come here at least 3 days a week. It’s great tasting and healthy and great location. Highly recommend it. Love the crew that works here too always positive.

Great experience! Friendly workers and good food. Nice and clean eating areas.unfortunately I joined the rewards program and the employee told me to claim the sandwich I just purchased. I found the form and filled it out. Customer service said I wasn’t eligible because they couldn’t verify the information. I used the receipt I had and even asked the counter girl to help me identify the right transaction number. Very disappointed. I guess I can always find another sandwich shop to go to. I downgraded the service score to reflect poor customer service.

Ordered doordash requested Italian herb and cheese as well as peperjack cheese and for it to be toasted got a non toasted sandwich with provolone cheese and the wrong bread

We were visiting the gorgeous Island of Hawaii, and needed fuel for a hiking trip. We stopped at this location, and a very nice lady, who was dressed adorable, helped our family. We got 5 subs, 2 footloose and 3 6". She made the subs perfectly for us all. She was very friendly, and professional. Plus she was super fast!! Amber, you are a Rockstar Subway employee!! TERRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give them 0 stars I would. I stood in front of Daniel for a good 10 minutes; staring right at him and he NEVER NOT ONCE made eye contact or acknowledged me. Mind you I was the only customer standing there. He started working on someone’s order and I would have not minded if he at least acknowledged me and said he would be right with me, but NOTHING! I was so irritated I ended up walking out.
