Subway

Took 30 minutes to get a dozen cookies with two people ahead of us. Younger lady working was trying hard and friendly. Issue appeared to be phone in orders, and pick up orders for like Grub Hub. We all had to wait inline till they filled all these orders. This is not right, we stood and waited, the line grew to the door, more people waiting. The older lady had a terrible attitude, and was not really helping the younger lady. Older lady went to the back to bake bread. Really????? Finally got our cookies after older lady finally waited on us. She was getting mad as she couldn't get six cookies into a box. Was banging the boxes on the counter. "Hey lady, we don't want smash cookies!". Five stars for young lady working her tail off and smiling to all customers. Zero stars for older lady that w

Went in there today too get two sandwiches and a drink. I was charged 3:09 cents for a large drink. Really . That’s highway robbery, Won’t be back.

I was in the Kearney store on June 23rd around 11:15 a.m. I had the rudest lady wait on me that I have ever seen in my life. After she was rude to me she realized and tried to make it up and blame it on the company for why she was so mad. She deserves to be terminated. I go to Subway every Monday and Friday. I went back on the 27th which is today. The nicest lady waited on us and everything was perfect to a T. I will return to the store but if I see her working there I will turn around and leave.

Just spent my entire lunch break standing in line with five other customer. The two women working ignored all of us the whole time just checking their computer and making sandwiches for online orders. When asked if they were going to serve the customers that have been in line the lady was rude and said they are going to do all online orders first because they already paid. Most of us walked out. We would have been paying customer too but thats lost now. Rude ladies, cant say anything about the service or food, it was non existent for in store customers.

Good food, but having customers at the counter and both employees seeing them and ignoring them is a crap move. Then both employees proceeded to act like we were bothering them? Highly disappointed in a place I’ve loved and used heavily to be treated like an issue for ordering food.
