Subway

Can't give zero stars, but I would if you could, worst Costumer Service ever. Wanted to charge me for a refill in my drink but refills are free according to headquarters!

HORRIBLE service. I ordered online, the food was not ready at pickup and luckily it was not because the order was being made COMPLETELY wrong. While making the sandwiches, the employee was putting incorrect ingredients on the sandwiches, I politely tried to correct her and she slammed the receipt down on the counter and told me to make changes then and let her make the sandwich. I tried to explain to her I do not want any changes, I just want what I ordered. I’m not expecting “happy go lucky” customer service, but to be so angry when you’re making the mistake on the order is not okay. I Will not be coming back to this subway again and would not recommend this subway to anyone. Drive the extra minutes down the road for better service.

Place is trash. I was from out of town and asked to use the restroom, was even going to buy something to use it, but the lady was rude. Lied and said it doesn't work and is always locked. So where do you go to use the restroom? Outside? Be a nicer person, and maybe your life will change, and you won't have to take it out on customers. You shouldn't be running a business if you have terrible customer service.

This is my go to subway and love the main lady-she works hard and is almost alway by herself. However, twice I’ve inputted a Togo order through the app and when I showed up it was unexpectedly closed early. I completely understand, expected the payment not to go through and found that both times-they did. I put in a complaint to get a refund since I never received my food and not even a response through the restaurant nor corporate. Not only did I not get the food I ordered, but I wasted time and gas trying to pick it up. On top of that I’m not getting a refund. It’s unfortunate that these situations are permitted at establishments.

Absolutely horrible. There was a guy ahead of us and she was extremely slow. This lady apparently came in that she did a phone order our in her car and told us we had to wait until she was done with that woman's order because it was on the phone...... seriously!!!!!! Then when she finally got to my order I asked for the bacon to be toasted she threw it in the microwave and it came out so weird and looked uncooked so I asked her to toast the bacon and I looked away answering my husband and she toasted the whole sandwich and I said no not toasted and she just asked what kind of veggies I wanted.... I literally just gave up worst customer service I have ever had....
