Stopped after work to pick up 6/ 12"subs VERY good and fresh vegies

This is the best Subway in Lima, OH. The workers are friendly, efficient, patience, and kind. Our subs are always correct and freshly made. We are always greeted with kindness from the workers when picking up a mobile order. I highly recommend this location over any of the other Subway’s in Lima, OH.

Ordered chicken teriyaki w extra protein. Received what looks like Philly steak meat, and no double protein. It’s pathetic. The staff are random kids who can’t put a sandwich together, they might as well go back to school, this job is way over their heads. Not the first time

This place has went completely down the toilet!!! Worst Subway experience I have ever had.. Ordered 2 foot longs... Wanted all the extras on it except spinach... All they put on them was tomato, & SPINACH!!!! Did not know this till I got home... Then on top of that, they do not honor coupons, ok, that's your choice fine, but after taking the coupon that they DON'T honor, they DIDN'T GIVE IT BACK!!! This place will never get another penny from me, & I will spread the word about my experience at this location.... Y'all need 2 really pay attention to the feedback on this location, since it went private owned, it has went to hell...
