Subway

Stay AWAY!!! Last night on 01/15/2026. I went to this Subway location in, Lynbrook NY, on Ocean Ave.. I stood at the counter waiting to be served over 17 minutes, wait it gets better. Please keep in mind that the store is empty. No customers but me and the Three workers. Here I am, standing waiting to be served. While the workers are laughing and it chatted up. There were Two Indian ladies and an Indian man, they were all talking in their language and acting like fools while working. I saw the two Indian ladies behind the counter and they saw me while I waited to be served quietly just observing my surroundings. I then see one of the ladies drop something that looked like a bagel on the floor and the bagel rolled next to the other ladies foot and simply kicked it back to the lady that drop

01/15/26 - this is apparently the manager at the Lynbrook Subway location. Who failed to handle my situation with her employee in a professional manner. I walked in, nobody but 2 customers were there (they were already seated). I then wait to be served. One female employee (wish I knew her name) came out with a nasty attitude.. I brushed it off and continued to order.. I ordered a foot long with turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. She then proceeds to grab the foot long and begin making my order.. I kid you not, put 4 slices of turkey on there, then 3 slices of provolone…. It didn’t look right.. I didn’t say anything.. THEN we get to the tomatoes and lettuce!!!! I kindly ask if there was another FRESH BATCH of sliced tomatoes since there was only a few old and soggy ones avail

I always come here on my lunch break and the service is always amazing. Rubal and Patel always greet me with a smile, and make an amazing sandwich. The food is always great and fuels my long shifts. I appreciate the effort they put into running such a clean, welcoming establishment! 10/10!

This location is why Subway has a bad reputation . There is no customer service. The attitude in The Lynbrook location is horrible. It like they’re doing me a favor by making me a lousy sandwich with 2 pieces of meat. It’s a neighborhood location and if they were smart they would be nice to their customers to build loyalty. They are doing just the opposite. Nasty, nasty location! Go to Jersey Mikes where the sandwiches are big and they have great customer service. Shame on you Subway in Lynbrook! You need to do much better.

Terrible service, both manager and employee (two Indian ladies wouldn’t tell me their name when I asked) completely ignored what I asked for and had an attitude. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. STAY AWAY‼️‼️‼️‼️
