Subway

My food was not warmed up. It’s cold. Ordered online and I ordered 2 double chocolate chip cookies and they gave me 2 chocolate chip cookies. And they didn’t even give me my bag of chips I paid for & I can’t go back because I’m stuck at work. I had someone pick it up for me the 1st go around! And they don’t even pick up their phone once I try to call them

The young girl there was very rude to her coworker. Calling him dumb and an idiot. She also made fun of me for not being original as I got the same cheese as my wife. Im sure the store is nice but she made the experience interesting to say the least. Won't be returning

I was just there with my family and the service was HORRIBLE! the 2 employees had locked the front doors and hour and a half before closing. We had to tell the guy our order 3 separate times while he gave us attitude and we were polite, once we got to the window he came back and forth to ask us what we had wanted on the sandwiches and very clearly looked under the influence. When we had told him the second time he came back we had asked if he'd like us to write it down he shoved a paper and pen at us and thats when we had had enough. I have worked for subway before and have had to close by myself so I understand being tired and needing to get things done but there were 2 people there and still were not doing their jobs as they should have. He then refused us service when we got an attitude

I don’t usually give 1 star but the sub that they gave me today was cold and I think they forgot to heat it. That’s disappointing as I always look forward to my meal.

They give you half the portion of meat. The roof of my mouth was sore after eating one of their sandwiches because they put so little meat on it. Then when a mistake was made about the price, I was overcharged. Instead of giving me a refund they made me pay again for the sandwich when I told them I didn't have the money to pay again the manager lied and said that I was not charged for the first sandwich. When in fact I was charged and 2 payments was taken for one sandwich.
