First the lady was very impatient with us when we were trying to figure out what we wanted. When I said I'll just get the footlong nachos she assumed my husband wouldn't be ordering and said would that be all for you two? Then the footling nachos are nothing like the picture. $5 and you don't even get a lot of chips then their tomatoes were soggy and I asked instead of onion can I get bell pepper on them "no substitutions" for jalapenos she chopped up 1 jalapeno and sprinkled it on the whole thing. The nachos are not as advertised. The sandwich was good which is the only reason I feel comfortable giving 1 star and the customer service sucked! False advertisement for the footlong nachos. Went there on Tuesday January 27 at 8:15 PM this location does not close until 9 PM upon arriving I parked my vehicle got out, went into the store and was greeted by the subway worker as she was helping another customer. She informed me that they were sold out of all the breads. I couldn’t understand how this is even possible. This location is supposed to be open until 9 PM but yet they can’t serve me because they ran out of product.

Great service. Friendly staff that make the perfect sandwich fast. Very clean place. Good parking with easy access. Wonderful Fresh meats and veggies. Great price is you use coupons. Tasty daily specials.

I’ve given loreina 2 chances to make my food right. Never coming here again. She SUCKS at making the food and I don’t know why she still has her job. For starters, she has attitude. She heated up the meat separately, and then later on asked me for cheese. And didn’t heat the wrap itself. So the wrap and the cheese were both cold. And I barely got ANY meat. Who makes a wrap like that? It’s so sad looking. I honestly should’ve read the reviews before coming here, because most of them are bad reviews. So spare yourselves, and just choose a different subway.

Awful customer service provided by the sandwich maker resulted in someone not eating a sandwich because the sandwich they wanted was made incorrectly. Instead of offering to make a new one, the staff was rude about it. This all started because this location is out of Provolone??!? That’s crazy in itself because I’m pretty sure they can go buy more but management is too lazy to make sure to handle that. Overall a terrible experience with a terrible location.
