Subway

The customer service is TERRIBLE. The guy behind the counter was rude and when I asked if he would put marinara sauce on my sandwich he said yeah I guess. My husbands sandwich was cold even tho it was toasted and the guy just slapped all the ingredients on both sandwich’s and then was rude about us ordering a large drink. My husband is a Truck driver and I ride with him and we have had better service from other subways . Will not be coming back Period

I will never eat at this location again. The young boy with the skeleton tattoo on his hand only put about 6 leaves of spinach on a protein bowl. Followed by a sigh when I asked for more. I ordered a steak and cheese protein bowl, and I wanted the meat toasted. That made him mad, and the order was taken with attitude after that. It was a simple order, and even just asking for salt and pepper ticked him off. I guess 7:40pm is too close to closing time to make a salad? I'll wait for a response from the owner. Maybe he can clarify the hours so others will not get overcharged for half a salad! With all the other restaurants in town and other food options, I really wish I would've just waited 10 more minutes before stopping to eat. Yikes... Skip this place. Food - 1 star - have never seen a subway where EVERY SINGLE vegetable was wilted/brown. Ended up throwing the sandwich away. Service - 1 star - looked like the most miserable employees I have seen. No smiles. No friendliness. Slow. Rude Atmosphere - 2 star - it's a gas station so it is what it is Prices - 1 star - I feel this way at every Subway to be honest - they charge way too much for the quality of food they give. $5 footlongs were reasonable. I really wished I had just purchased food from the gas station.

I will avoid this place like the plague! Supposed to be open till 9:00 pm. I went in at 1:30 in the afternoon. The lady behind the counter said she was closed....in a not very pleasant way. I asked why and she said I have stuff to do, and then she walked away. Nice, huh? This is a big "hell no" for me. I was once a small business owner and this is absolutely the worst way to treat paying customers. If I owned that place she would have been fired on the spot. This is just my opinion. Feel free to try the place, I just hope you don't have this lady wait on you.

I have never taken the time to post a review, I ate at the town Pump Subway in Bonner 2 weeks ago and the meat and cheese seemed warm, bread was old and crusty, they were out of a few items of meat and vegetables, low on chips, this Subway seemed to have no management. I wasn't going to eat the sub but I was hungry and I ate it, about 10 hours later I got sick, more then likely food poising from the warm lunchmeat. my friend up the valley said she got sick last week from the Bonner subway? the male employee didn't have his hair combed and not even sure he worked their, didn't have enough meat on sub. This Subway needs help or shut down.
