I quit going to this location due to bad customer service and my food was always thrown together sloppily and usually not made right. Tonight I was craving a sub and reluctantly ordered from this location. Man, I don’t know if y’all got a new crew or what. But that was the best sandwich I have ever had from yall. My trust has been redeemed in yall if this is kept up! Thank you!

Food was order online and set up with delivery.. store called to inform me that they had to replace my Churro with a pretzel.. and that online delivery wasn’t available because door dash isn’t out there after I had order and paid online for door dash and its fee. The food wasn’t fresh or good. The sandwich wasn’t made professionally it was thrown together. The pretzel was way over cooked and didn’t come with the cheese like she had told we it would. My cookie was also burnt. Not fresh cold sandwich and overcooked pretzels

I dont know who i spoke with on the phone. But this young lady needs a raise she was all about customer service. She helped us with the door dash problem. She found answers and contacted me back. The food was good . She made sure it was fresh we ordered 2 footlongs 1 6inch combo 2 extra drinks. I really appreciate the customer service that makes all the difference !!!!

One star. I recently heard about an awful situation at this Subway in Monette, AR, involving the manager, Whitney Hill. She allegedly threatened to withhold a 16-year-old’s final paycheck unless the teen returned her uniform. That’s not only incredibly unprofessional—it’s illegal under Arkansas Code § 11-4-405, which clearly states final wages must be paid by the next regular payday. You cannot hold someone’s hard-earned money hostage—especially a minor’s. It’s disturbing to think a young worker, likely at her first job, was treated like that. She deserves better. All young workers do. I’ve reported this to the U.S. Department of Labor and the Arkansas Division of Labor, because this behavior should not be swept under the rug. Subway needs to step in and hold this manager accountable.

This spot has been slipping big time. We order online quite a bit. 2 weeks ago we got a couple of big orders and got home to find the bread molded. That was a shock considering bread is made fresh “daily”. Just grabbed lunch for the fam today and they didn’t get the orders right at all. I’m not sure if the bread we ordered was moldy too or just making mistakes. I know i know, if ya don’t like it don’t order it. Done and done
