Subway

Company is usually petty good but to only have one employee on the clock with s line of people is just not acceptable in my opinion... place an online order and shower up 10 minutes late and still not ready been here for about 20 minutes and still waiting... management needs to do better. I've seen several customers walk out just in short time I've been here.

Have done a digital order from this subway 4 times in the last two months, each time it is ordered, it is always wrong, wrong cheese, no sauces or the wrong sauces, no veggies, wrong meats, or you get it toasted when you didn't request it to be toasted. I am allergic to provolone cheese but yet I keep getting it on my sandwich when I ordered a different cheese. When you call the manager, they're rude and disrespectful, but it doesn't matter save the call, when you have the same mistakes over and over for a couple of months, it's clear that nothing will change and management will continue to just sit in their office and not properly train employees to simply read a piece of paper of what to put on a sandwich. Like I said 4 times in the last two months is too much and shouldn't have come

Manager is incredibly rude and unprofessional. We went in to get 2 sandwiches, as they were finishing the last sub we proceeded to pay since the last one was almost done. The manager was making the last sub and put the wrong sauce on the sandwich, we told him that was the incorrect sauce and we didn’t ask for that. He got Angry and said we were wrong. He the proceeded to close up the sandwich and wrapped it and said “get out of the store” we asked for a refund and he got more angry and started to raise his voice and told us to get out and not come back. We then had paid for a sandwich we did not want as he made it wrong and refused to refund us.

They don’t clean their cutlery as at all. Guy before me ordered tuna as last sandwich and they did not clean or swap the knife before cutting mine. That is disgusting. Also didn’t change glove or nothing. Highly recommend not coming here. Go get a sandwich at city bites.

Went there for lunch no white bread had only italian herbs no other choices offered wraps for extra 3 dollars. Several delivery online drivers told you have to go to other location but they still taking orders. Dont waste your time here!
