Subway

They are never open on time. Opening an hour after the time on the door most times. I ordered a sandwich online this morning. That was supposed to be ready by 8:45. They open at 8 o’clock. When I got there at 8:44 the lights were off and the manager was just filling the station. I knocked on the door and she ignored me. I was running late for work and was relying on this food to get me through until lunchtime. So I had to leave without food and without being able to ask for a refund. I had to call the store multiple times to ask for a refund.. If this was just one or two times that this has happened, it wouldn’t be a big deal but I have eaten Subway almost every day for a couple of months and I’ve had to go to a different subway because they just don’t open on time. Either change the hours

The WORST subway sandwich I have ever eaten. How OLD is your BREAD??!????? My white bread was not toasted so no mistake- it was so old that the thick part just crumbled into sawdust when I bit into it and end 1/3 portion was so tough couldn't even bite into it. This is EAT FRESH????

Grabbed a couple subs to go over the summer and the traditional bread was noticeably stale. To the point where no employee should serve it. Saw the footlong special yesterday and gave it one more try. The bread was once again stale and even worse this time. Recent reviews are concerning at this store. We won't be back for sure.

My boyfriend just showed my list which was a BACON egg and cheese wrap. I didn't get bacon.... how can you show someone a bacon egg and cheese wrap and everything you want on it but forget the BACON? I paid EIGHT DOLLARS for an egg onion and black olive wrap????????

Cashier handles money with gloves on, no sanitation, messes up orders and needs tons of correction to get it right. Simply put, they don't care. Save yourself the headache and drive five minutes to the next exit to get food at the one in Troy. The Moscow Mills one can't even put cheese on a sandwich or cut it halfway correctly.
