if you order ahead to “save some time” jokes on you, you’re not saving any. ordered online at 11:30, came at 11:50 when it said it would be done, didn’t get out of there until 12:10. the girl working asked if i had an online order, i said yes. she then proceeded to help the guy infront of me. turns out she hadn’t even started mine yet. i understand the struggle of working in the service industry, but there wasn’t a single apology or attempt to clarify why she hadn’t started. another worker then came in to work. she handed off my order to her right away. the store was also disgusting. you can see dark fingerprints on the chairs and the floor is gross. thought the new owner was supposed to improve the store?

We ordered 7 sandwiches to go. They were not ready when they said they would be, all Sandwiches the bread was so HARD WE picked the meat off and ate without bread, lettuce what lettuce had to look real hard to find the lettuce. Wouldn’t be going back .

This is the sandwich I recieved in my pick up order after a 15% tip. Why bother putting any lettuce on it at all? Sandwich was mostly bread, some meat and cheese with not much else.

I ordered a take out HAM sandwich and received a tuna sandwich. When I called to get it fixed, they did not pick up. I called twice and got the same result.

Rude employee, complaining about working by herself, was not going to let us eat there as she said she had to. Clean. Up, this was.at 8:30 & open until 10pm 😡🤬
