Foods good. My coworkers and I order from here often. The customer service is terrible. The majority of the dayshift workers including the manager are especially rude to customers and have been on multiple occasions.
My coworkers and I frequently pick up mobile orders from this establishment for lunch 2-3 days a week. Nevertheless, the customer service has been disappointing lately. We visited last week, and my coworker observed they were currently preparing her sandwich. Through no fault of their own, she forgot to add a special message to her order regarding her allergy and accidentally called the wrong location. She courteously requested a new sandwich and apologized. Regrettably, the male and female staff members collaborated and began yelling at her, asserting she had left a negative review two to three months prior stating they had made her sandwich incorrectly. They asserted their manager had reviewed the security footage, which proved they had not made the sandwich wrong. However, my colleague

Placed an order online to be picked up at 6. I received an email at 545 saying it was ready to be picked up so logically, we went to get it but it hadn't even been started on yet. *It actually ended up being about 30 minutes after my requested time.* Now I understand that they had a sudden dinner rush & I'm in no way upset that my order was not ready by my requested time however, I feel as though I should have been notified that my order would be slightly delayed instead of it being ready for pick up early, or at the very least on time. They also did not provide the extra toppings or special requests we included & 3 people ordered nearly identical sandwiches but none where marked to show the differences. Soon as you walk in you’re greeted and the seating area is clean. They had attention to detail when they made my sub! It was very good.
