Went to this Subway once. Very nice location. Food was great. Service was very friendly.

This location is so stingy. If you use a coupon (only for certain subs), you’re only allowed less cheese, less meat, less veggies and also one sauce. Tried to tell us it’s corporate rules, but subways are franchised and it was the first time hearing you can’t get 2 sauces. 🤦🏻‍♀️ We have been going there for 8 years and with the new ownership in the last few years, we will just drive further to Gahanna.

Disappointed salad order online and delivery. Made incorrectly. This place should be embarrassed in filling the small bowl halfway. Never again.

Went here for dinner at 9:20 when door and google said it closed at 10 walked in and they said they were closed. We walked in 40 minutes before close, the doors were unlocked, and the lights were on. It is crazy to me to turn away customers and have all food put away 40 minutes before the advertised close time. There were 3+ sets of customers that also tried to eat there that they turned away while we were parked trying to look for something else to eat.

I placed an online order, was charged and when I went to pick it up they hadn't received it. I tried to check all the details and show her that I had been charged and the receipt I had and she waved her hand and walked away saying I need to call corporate. She would not even look at what I was trying to show her with the valid address and receipt. I was just going to place the order there and changed my mind after seeing her wipe her face with the gloves she was handling the food with and I saw the veggies that looked horrible and old and the place looked dirty. I'm thankful there was an issue with my order bc I imagine you will get sick from the food there. They need to work on customer service as well.
