I recently visited this Subway location with my three small children in tow, hoping for a quick and easy dinner option. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory and I am disappointed to give this location a 2-star review. While the store was clean and organized, the service left much to be desired. The girl making our sandwiches got our entire order wrong. I had requested an Italian BMT, but was given a Veggie Delight instead. She also mixed up the bread on the subs I ordered for my kids. Although there were two workers present, the other girl was busy stocking or reorganizing instead of helping with the orders. This lack of teamwork led to even more mistakes and furthered the confusion. To top it off, my husband's sandwich was so disappointing that he felt it was a wast

Very poor customer service! 2 female employees kept telling us to sit down and not stand near the counter because it was an online order. I explained that last time, we received no veggies and tasted like we were eating only bread. They both didn’t care and kept saying we follow what was entered and told us to sit down. Not going there again!!

You guys are actually joking right? I just want to know… how do you charge someone $17.73 for a sub and then make it like this?! How is it missing EVERYTHING?! Mayo? CHEESE?! Onion? Green peppers?! Tomato? Help me understand!

I visited the store today with only one other customer inside the establishment. I ordered two sandwiches with sides. The young gentleman staff member gave me attitude about ordering a foot-long churro and cookie at checkout when there is no sign that states you must order before check out. He told me I should’ve ordered them when I started my sandwiches in a nasty tone. I would have been totally fine with returning to the end of the line if the store was busy. However, His attitude and treatment of me were unacceptable. I’ve worked customer service for over 25 years, and his response to my complaint in person was dismissive; “that’s just how I talk to everybody” He also proceeded speak about me behind the counter with the female staff member while I waiting for my sides to be finished.
