This location has some of the kindest, attentive, and knowledgeable people around. I will also say, Matt, who makes our food most often, has an incredible level of consistency that we just can not find anywhere else. I hope he is treated well. Thank you all for great work

Wasted money on a sandwich that I didn’t get to eat because there was a hair in my sandwich. The men here have long hair, wear hats, and that’s still not enough. Hairnets need to be looked into. I tried getting help from customer service since Monday, and nothing has been done.

I'm so annoyed because I love subway sandwich, but the people here are always seeming to struggle being customer facing. The guy making my sandwich was ok this time, but the girl in insincere, and the other guy that checked me out was clearly angry just threw the sandwich on the counter. Never said, have a good day, made no eye contact with me. I said you yikes, what's wrong? He said, I'm "having a bad day". Reign it in! I have hideous days but I'm always respectful to others especially people being nice to me.

There is only 1 person that works here that understands good friendly service. The girl with the crooked nose ring needs to know how to treat people and a smile goes a long way to customers. Also put customers first. She rolls her eyes at questions from other employees and shows no interest at all in the customer who's ordering things. Come on management. Do better! Teach your employees how to treat people. Then you change your credit card machine to ASK FOR A TIP? ? ?. No. Maybe if you didn't grunt at me you'd get a tip.

Been trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt on making my grinder toasted and everytimei end up disappointed. The order would be under my bf name. His grinder would be fine. But the order says toasted, my reciept shows toasted, but I get it home and it's cold and not toasted. If I wanted my grinder cold I would not have it toasted. And today's grinder should've been cuz the app said toasted for my grinder
