Hello, good morning. I came to shop at one of your stores, and the service was truly terrible. There was no friendliness whatsoever, and the staff had a bad attitude. I won't be coming back to this place. I would really appreciate it if you would address this issue because the food is excellent. Thank you for your attention.

They don't take official Subway Coupons and the prices are inflated like crazy. (If you don't believe me, use the app. Add your order and select this location and see the price. Then change location to the one down the street and look at the difference. It's insane.) Go down the street to the other Subway. Prices are stable and they take coupons.

I had a terrible experience at the Subway located at 8027 Lankershim Blvd in North Hollywood. The management is unprofessional and dishonest. I went in after seeing a sign stating they accept coupons from 10 AM to 7 PM, but when I tried to use mine, the system wouldn’t accept it. They claimed my coupon was expired, even though it wasn’t. I ended up having to pay full price. To make matters worse, the manager wasn’t even there to resolve the issue. It’s frustrating because other Subway locations have no problem accepting coupons. I highly encourage people to avoid this location so they can lose business for their unfair practices.

Me and my family came to Thai subway today 01/13/2025 and the man working there is stingy with veggies I got the ultimate bmt and he didn’t put the right amount of meat because I had a $10.99 coupon do not come at night come in the morning the lady working today morning made the best sandwich ever for me

Ordered online and customized a supreme meats footlong to my liking. When I picked it up and took it home to eat, it was missing olives and jalapeño’s peppers. Bread was on the stale side. Sandwich was skimpy and would not return to this location.
