I bought that new nacho thing, and it was horrible. When she made it it was very small, but I'm like ok that's cool, and when I asked her if I could add onions bells and lettuce and said I would pay for it she said no. There is no sign that says you can only have it as is. I felt cheated. It wasn't good and they warmed up the nacho. The end product looks nothing like the advertisement...
I’ve visited this location twice. The first time was decent, I pre-ordered online and it still wasn’t ready when I arrived so I had to wait. The man there was nice about it and the sandwich was average. The second time, I pre-ordered online. It was not ready when I arrived, the female worker was rude. I had originally ordered extra cucumbers, she had placed 3 on the sandwich, I asked for more and pointed out that I ordered extra and she three 2 more on with a scowl on her face. When I got back to my office, the cucumbers and other vegetables tasted old. Definitely not fresh, wasn’t edible and I had to go get something else to eat. I will not return to this particular Subway.
I ordered one foot long, but I need two halfs on different paper wraps.They charged me two half prices, but the couple employees who work there on 2nd shifts have no manners when it comes to treating customers. Telling me to leave the store. I noticed that the morning people are cool and provide good customer service. They will close the store at 9:30 p.m. itself. The staff on the second shift have their own rules for running the business. Please try to skip these Subway.
ordered from uber eats. they said they "don't accept coupons from uber eats" when i didnt even know i HAD a coupon on there, i just chose subway and ordered my food. I assumed the discount was because i use uber one and that usually is what discounts my food. they never sent my food, had the driver lie on the app like my food was on the way. never sent the food. got mad at me on the phone because i was upset i had been lied to. told me their manager only comes in once a month. yelled at me because i asked why they don't takew themselves off uber eats if they arent gonna honor orders. I sat here for two hours waiting for an order that never arrived. being someone with a long history in food service, this ain't it as far as customer service goes. if you aren't going to honor orders at all an
Somebody needs to tell this manager to stop being cheap! Asked to have a Sandwich remade because something tasted off, he said he'd be short on bread with a oven full of bread I could see 🖐🖐it's cool man good luck to ya
