Subway

Let me start off by saying, this is usually my store of choice. Placed an online order (Chicken Bacon Ranch), picked up and got to my location only to see that both sandwiches were made from the wrong bread, not toasted as per request and only 1 strip of bacon in sandwich. Needless to say how disappointed I was. Tried calling location but no response. Not sure if the server is new or what but this has never happened and when I tried to reach out no one is answering the phone line. Unacceptable!

Manager of the store watched me walk in, said nothing, and then ignored me while she was doing something with a notebook on the counter. Then was rude through the whole interaction while making the sandwich. Every employee that works at this location has been great but the manager of the store should know better customer service. This is an awesome Subway. The workers are great and they tell me about any specials they are promoting and today I tried the protein pockets since they recommended them. Those are really good and filling .

This place used to be pretty and clean but lately looks so cheap place to eat. But food not cheap like before! But this place looks bad impression.

Becky was great she made our subs perfectly and was even a good conversation such a sweet lady we will be back to this location
