My daughter went in for a quick lunch break. She had to ask the guy to change his gloves after he touched his phone. Then he proceeded to tell her "gloves are not free." HELLO SIR, YOU'RE IN FOOD SERVICE. Wash your damn hands. Change gloves every time. - A NURSE

they only had one man working in there and he doesn’t understand English whatsoever. It’s not his fault but it was easily the grossest sandwich I’ve ever had because there was miscommunications with everything. He was very stressed out and they need to have more staffing it was very unprofessional. I ordered a footlong and couldn’t even finish half because it was covered in honey mustard after I asked for light multiple times. This was my first bad experience at this subway but it was bad enough to turn me away.

I had a pick up order, took it home, and opened it to find that the chicken was completely frozen. Ice on it and everything as if they took it out from the freezer and tossed it into my protein bowl. Never ordering again. Sorry Subway.

Hands down the worst dining/take out experience I’ve ever had. There were hardly any toppings available at the start of lunch time, and the few that remained were brown, slimy, and clearly spoiled. The store itself was filthy, and not to mention they allow local transients from the city to loiter inside all day with no intentions of buying anything. Today Myself and two other local city employees who I did not know had to deal with yelling, threatening, and harassment from these people while we’re just trying to pick up lunch and mind our own business, and the Subway staff stood by and did absolutely nothing. Staff here are very rude, don’t understand anything the customer is saying and purposely do things wrong and also the food is not made right. The staff will ignore you even after multiple times of asking them to make something correctly. This just maybe be the worst subway in Maine as they cannot understand a word of English. Would not recommend. They can’t even fold a wrap correctly. Wish I could get my money back. Disgusting.
