They say they open at 8, put in a mobile order at 9 for 9:45. Show up at 9:45 and they say food will be ready for 40 minutes. Only 2 stars because lady was nice about it but ruined my whole morning, should at least have accurate hours online and in app

I wanted to have lunch for the tree service team from BENNYS for my thank you to them for all of the work needed on my property. I placed my order very early in the morning and 2 full platters along with large order of the cookies where made and ready before noon pickup!!!!! Thank you for helping me say thank you to another great Dutchess County Business!!!!!

Accepted my online order. Took money from my account. When I went to pick it up they said they cancelled it and didn’t accept promotion from app. Still charged me and took my money, just didn’t give me any food. Refused a refund. When I asked the lady was incredibly rude. Showed me her pockets and said “do you see money? I don’t have your money”. So, they wasted my time and stole 12$ from me.

They cancelled my order because they don’t accept coupons BOGOF. Poor customer service. The person who I presume was the manager acted like he didn’t want any customers and basically turned us away. The place was empty!! Will not be going back. When I check online all of the latest reviews are poor, it’s no wonder if that’s how paying customers are treated.
