Subway

This is by far the best Subway I’ve came across other than the one I worked for. It drives me crazy to see dirty sandwich stations with old rotten ingredients. This place is very very clean. “Not just health department clean. Monica clean...” breads are always fresh and the service is very good.

This is review is a summary of at least 5 visits. Subway happens to be a family favorite and we continued to visit despite poor service, no air conditioning as there is no other Subway nearby. The staff is busy on their personal phone calls, is irritable if they have to repeat their questions, the air conditioning in this store has not worked for several months now. The timing says open upto 8pm, they keep the door open and do not entertain in person orders by 7:30pm. Subway is a healthier option amongst fast food chains, this is just so sad sad!

The employees are great and do good customer service! I have eaten here a few times and the food is always good. I was particularly impressed by their customer service the one time I ordered delivery through a delivery app. The delivery app was supposed to send a driver to subway to pick up my food, but they never did (through no fault of subways), the woman who was working was very helpful and accommodating, and even offered to stay late to help me get my food. Very kind and much appreciated, I will definitely be eating here again!

BEWARE!! The people working at this location have not been trained properly! One guy in particular makes it very obvious that he has absolutely NO idea how to make the sandwich selections on the menu! And he must not understand English very well either. Two people in front of me in line tried to order an Italian BMT and he did not understand what they were saying or what they wanted to order. He had no clue what was on this sandwich! Also, this location DOES NOT accept and is not currently participating in ANY Subway coupon offers! So I will NOT be going back to this location and giving them any more of my money until they start accepting coupons again! I have lived in this area for over 20 years. I have eaten at this subway for many years. It used to be one of the best subway you could have ever come across. But the key word here is, "used to be". Not any more! Now, This is one of the worst subway you can get your sandwiches at! The current owner has no clue how to run a business. He/ She has successfully turned once used to be a successful subway into a nightmarish store. The girl that works there has no sense of what customer service means! A robot in her place would provide better customer service- perhaps make better sandwiches. As I was walking out the store, I saw a man running into the store to pick up his order that he had placed online as she had already turned the lights off to go home though it was only 8.15 pm.
