AWFUL. Ordered a tuna sandwich delivered and no tuna on it. Sandwich looks great but no meat on it at all. How hard is it to make a sandwich???? Called and was told to come pick up a replacement. Had it delivered for a reason - I'm at work. TERRIBLE customer service! Disputing the charge on my card.

Typically okay but constantly getting my sandwich wrong, pretty sure there’s supposed to be ham salami and bologna on a cold cut combo but I only got bologna

They’re fine if you go in person, but they cannot handle orders through the app. They’ve forgot my online order a few times also they never update the status so the sandwich could be done for a long time before it even says they’ve started it on the app. I’ve ordered a bunch of times on the app and never got my sandwich in under ~25 minutes. Just go in person if you want a sandwich here

I guess you have to be there to get good, well made sandwiches, both of them had small amounts of meat, maybe 1/2 of the sandwich had meat. Literally 3 pieces of spinach and barely any lettuce. I will definitely not order from them anymore. Not trying to be a Karen but when you have limited funds to spend on food it would be nice to get food worth the cost. They probably make lots of sandwiches, but just because we order it to be delivered doesn't mean you get to make low quality food. I'm disappointed and dissatisfied that my limited funds were wasted.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and the lady, I'm not sure here name )she had glasses and a face mask) put our meat and cheese on the dirty counter to the side of the sandwich, the counter was gross stained and covered in other food. SUPER GROSS.
